Orders

Roger's Headlights accepts international orders and ships worldwide. The default currency displayed is € (EUR). For custom orders please send us an email with your requirements of purchase, we will care for your enquiry and quote you a total including your desired shipping method. The very best is done to fill every order completely.

Payments

All orders are prepaid and we accept common payment methods like www.paypal.com, and bank account money transfers and money orders. Along with PayPal you are able to use Debit Cards and major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The payments have to be made in € (EUR) or in any other supported currency with the most current exchange rate.

Shipping

Roger's Headlights ships with Deutsche Post or with a delivering service that is most suitable for your order. A transportation insurance is automatically agreed on every package for the total of your order. Delivering times are not guaranteed but are normally three to five days.

Conditions

By ordering a product the buyer accepts that Roger's Headlights is not responsible for faults, damages, injuries or death that may be caused by installation, using one of the purchased products or by information from this website. All prices are not valid and not official until your final purchase has been taken by us. Delivering times and availability of products is not guaranteed and Roger's Headlights is not responsible for delays in your order. All names and images are used for descriptive purposes only and belong to their owners. Roger's Headlights does not want to imply or intend a direct connection between this website, its products and any other companies or registered trademarks.

Insurance, Refunds, Money-Back and Returns

Roger's Headlights does not accept returns or refunds of any kind. Insurance claims will have to be settled between the customer and the delivering service. All damage-claims on insured items have to be made within 2 days after reception of the goods. If necessary we will assist you with the claim. If a product is returned to Roger's Headlights by the delivering service, Roger's Headlights will take a 25% re-storing fee of the amount of the purchased product.

Warranty

In general there is no warranty on the headlights supplied through this website. It may happen that some headlights are covered through a factory warranty that is directly between the manufacturer and the customer.
